Dr. Orenia Yaffe-Yanai is a clinical and vocational psychologist. She is a co-founder of the ADAM Group, a leading institute in the fields of human resources and development, and AMI, a family business international consulting firm.

Dr. Yehuda Hamovitz

Dr. Hamovitz joined GENESIS in March 2005. He holds an M.A. and PhD in Organizational Behavior. He is a senior international consultant to companies and top managements in Europe and Israel and has vast professional experience in consulting and in managerial positions. He lectures in universities and at conferences in fields related to managerial decision making.

Dr. Hamovitz is a former CEO of YAHAD, an Israeli consulting firm, a professor of management at the University of Haifa, a board member of the Israel Sociological Society (ISS)) and Director of the Behavioral Science Department at the Israel National Institute of Labor and Productivity.
